Delete your Hiroq data

Hiroq is operated by Intraverse Software Ltd. You can delete this phone’s Hiroq identity even though Hiroq does not use an email/password account.

From the app

Open Privacy, safety and help → Delete my Hiroq data, read the confirmation and confirm. The service removes this identity, pairings, push tokens, pending invitations, related block entries and associated in-app reports. Your phone clears its local credentials and contact keys. An internet connection is needed to confirm server deletion. You will need an enrollment code and new pairings if you return.

Without the app

Email dev@hiroq.app with the subject “Delete my Hiroq data”. Include the server address and the device ID if you have it, or the display name and approximate enrollment date. We will arrange an appropriate verification step to prevent someone deleting another person’s identity. Do not email passwords, device credentials, private keys or pairing codes. A display name alone is not proof of ownership.

If you use a separately operated server, send the request to that operator. We can help you identify the responsible server but cannot delete another operator’s database.

What remains

Routine restricted backups expire after seven days. Necessary support correspondence and security records may be retained to handle your request or meet legal obligations; we will explain any applicable exception. We cannot erase independently saved copies held by other users. See the privacy policy.
